We are expanding our team of the strategic Robert Bosch GmbH User Exerience (UX) Initiative and are looking for a authentic personality, who can manage and operate enthusiastically our competence field User Exerience Academy.
Your responsibilities:
You will take the lead for the competence field User Experience Academy of the company-wide User Experience (UX) Initiative of Robert Bosch GmbH
- Conception, preparation and personal conduction of trainings about User Experience/User centred design
- Global rollout of the training services
- Ongoing enhancements of the concept, the training material as well as development of new training modules
- Development of a train-the-trainer program
- Steering of external service provider
- Collaboration within operational UX development projects
You will be responsible for the complete scope of the product UX Academy including future options of expansion.
Your competencies and qualifications:
- University, FH or equivalent education
- Experience in conducting trainings, preferably in an industry environment
- Knowledge in didactics and education planning, creation of training concepts
- Professional experience in the topics User Experience, Usability, HMI, User Centred Design
- Well-organized with outstanding skills of communication and presentation, strong ability to work with people and groups, customer orientation and selfconfident behaviour
- High level of German and English language skills
